- Family Registration
- Registering an entire family at once is quick and easy: simply register the guarantor first, then add the dependents by name. You can create a family policy that will apply to each patient, or create separate policies for each dependent. Adding a new family member is also quick and easy, with the family's address and contact information automatically shared between them.
- Family Billing
- nAbleMD's billing is designed around families. Each family receives a single statement totalling the patients' outstanding balances. Advanced options allow the family's guarantor to be a different person than the insurance policy's policyholder.
- Linked Demographics
- Family addresses and phone numbers are shared between members of a family by default, allowing the entire family's demographics to be updated with a single command. If a patient moves out, they can be unlinked with a single click, whether or not they're still a family member.
- Demographic History
- Patient names, addresses, and phone numbers are automatically recorded into the history whenever there's a change. When you search for a patient who has changed their name, you'll find both the old and the new name for the patient. You can also add patient names (such as a maiden name) directly to the history for your records.
