Two-Way Communication
By using nAbleMD, your clinic is in constant contact with the billing service. As insurance payments are received and charges assigned to these patients, these charges are immediately available for you to collect. Your receptionist will then be able to remind the patient about their balance when making an appointment or signing the patient in. nAbleMD's powerful reporting features are also available to you, so you can monitor your practice and our collection efforts. Worry Free Billing
Thanks to nAbleMD's Practice Management and Electronic Medical Records, our billing service can review charts and demographics without requiring your staff members' time to locate charts and facesheets to fax around. Due to this access, we can ensure that every encounter is coded and billed as soon as the documentation is complete.
No Lock-In
As with nAbleMD's other services, we believe that your data is yours. If you are unhappy with our service you may discontinue it at any time and transfer the data from nAbleMD to another billing service. If you decide to take billing in-house, you can convert your account to a standard nAbleMD subscription for no additional charges and continue to use our software.
